We will work closely together to evaluate your current lifestyle and goals – this will allow me to create a personalized exercise program for you.

Program Delivered

There are several options to fit your needs. Whether it is in person, online, or a custom fitness program, your program will be tailored to you.

Training Implementation

After your consultation, you will be provided with direct access to your program or a booking link to book your appointments monthly.

Each service has a limited number of clients I can train, to ensure quality and attention. Programs require a 12-week commitment unless specified. If a service is unavailable, please check back or contact me directly via the form.

Semi-Private & Small Group Training

Train with community, not competition. These small group sessions bring together like-minded individuals who are ready to put in the work and support each other’s growth. Led by Lydia, each class combines strength, conditioning, and mindset coaching to help you:
