Easy High-Protein Green Smoothie

If you're looking for a quick and easy way to get more vegetables and protein into your diet, this high-protein green smoothie is a go-to option. Whether it’s part of your morning routine, a post-workout shake, or a midday boost, this simple recipe is packed with nutrients and flavor.

I’ll admit—I don’t always get enough vegetables in every day. This shake helps me make up for that just a bit. And since I’m usually focused on hitting my daily protein goals, it’s nice to have something that covers both bases.

Of course, it’s always best to get your protein and veggies from whole foods when you can—but on busy days which seems like everyday, this smoothie is my go to.

Easy Green Smoothie Recipe

Serves 1 — Approx. 182 calories, 30g protein

  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 cups baby spinach

Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. I also like a bit of lemon added for more sweetness! 

This smoothie is great for weight management, muscle recovery, or just sneaking in more greens and healthy fats. Give it a try and see how easy it can be to feel good from the inside out!
